These terms cover the archive of chest-imaging teaching cases published at this address.

What this site is

This domain previously carried a weekly chest-imaging teaching collection. The collection went offline when the site was retired; this archive reproduces the cases at the addresses they originally occupied, so that references made to them elsewhere still resolve.

The case write-ups and radiographs are the work of their authors at Virginia Commonwealth University and are attributed to them on every page. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Virginia Commonwealth University or VCU Health.

Not medical advice

These are historical teaching cases, several of them more than fifteen years old. Diagnostic criteria, imaging technique and management have changed since they were written. Nothing here is medical advice and nothing here should guide the care of a patient.
