What we collect

Through the form: first name and phone number. Nothing else. We do not ask for an address or health data. The server additionally logs IP address, timestamp, the address requested and browser type.

Purpose and legal basis

So the seller can call you back and handle the order — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Secure operation of the site — Article 6(1)(f). No marketing use and no newsletter.

Who receives it

Your name and number go to the seller of the product, who thereby becomes a separate controller. The server provider also processes the data. We do not sell data.

How long

Form enquiries: up to 12 months. Email: 12 months after the matter closes. Server logs: normally 90 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — write to [email protected] and we answer within a month. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2.
